Sales Associate
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support investment sales and leasing transactions across New York City. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for commercial real estate.
Analyst
We are looking for an Analyst to support deal underwriting, market research, and transaction execution. Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail are essential. Experience with Argus, Excel modeling, or CoStar is a plus.
Commercial Real Estate Broker Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Broker Assistant to support our senior brokers across investment sales and leasing transactions. Responsibilities include preparing offering memoranda, coordinating due diligence, managing deal timelines, and maintaining client communications. Prior experience in commercial real estate or a related field is preferred.
Property Scout / Acquisitions Specialist
We are seeking a driven Property Scout to identify and source acquisition opportunities across New York City's commercial market. The ideal candidate has strong market knowledge, an active network of owners and brokers, and a proven ability to uncover off-market deals. Experience in acquisitions, brokerage, or asset management is a strong plus.
Appraisal Reviewer
We are looking for an experienced Appraisal Reviewer to evaluate and quality-check commercial property appraisals in support of our transaction and advisory work. The ideal candidate holds a state-certified appraiser license and has deep familiarity with New York City commercial asset classes including multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, and warehouse properties.
